Thermal break profile
A reinforced polyamide strip cuts the heat path between the inner and outer shells of the profile — lowering the cooling load and eliminating winter condensation on the frame.
- Thermal break width
- 24 mm
- Uf value
- 1.4 W/m²K

Profile, hardware and sealing details all come from one system — which is why the thermal and watertightness performance on site is exactly what the engineering office calculated.
A reinforced polyamide strip cuts the heat path between the inner and outer shells of the profile — lowering the cooling load and eliminating winter condensation on the frame.
Hinges, locks and opening mechanisms all come from the same AluK system, so the weight of the sash lands exactly on the points the profile was designed to carry.
Three EPDM gasket lines with a pressure-equalised drainage chamber between them collect any water that gets in and lead it back out before it reaches the inner shell.
A unitised curtain wall in low-e double glazing on thermally broken profiles — engineered for the site's wind load and installed onto the existing structure without closing the building.
Every project carries a shop drawing, a thermal calculation and a structural connection detail. A few of our recent façades:
6063-T6 alloy, extruded to EN 12020 tolerances.
02PA66 strip with 25% glass fibre, rolled into the profile.
03Hinges, multi-point locking and controlled opening mechanisms.
04Extruded EPDM, stable against UV and temperature swings.
05Low-e glass with warm-edge spacer and argon fill.
06Brackets adjustable on three axes to absorb structural tolerance.
Send us the architectural drawings and our engineering office will return a proposed section, a thermal calculation and a first budget estimate.
